Appointment Details

Once you have completed your screening assessment, and you have been advised that you can proceed with a diagnostic assessment, you will be able to book a appointment during the checkout steps.

You should receive an email notification confirming the following information

  • Provider you will be seeing
  • Date and Time of your appointment
  • Link to your online appointment

If you can not find the email notification, you can find your appointment details by logging in to your NZTN account and going to the Appointments tab.
