How do I check-in for my appointment?
Checking in lets our system know that you have arrived for your appointment. After you check in, you will be redirected to the virtual meeting room where your appointment will take place. You can check in up to 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment time.
Ways to Check In:
Appointment Reminder Email (Recommended)
If you have enabled email reminders, you will receive an email about 48 hours before your appointment. This email will include a unique link for your appointment. Simply click the link to check in, no login is required.
Client Dashboard
You can also check in by logging in to the Client Dashboard using the username and password you created when setting up your account. Once logged in, find the "Check In" link in the Dashboard menu. You can also go directly to https://telepsychnetwork.nz/check-in to check in. In this case, you will need to log in first.
