Getting Started

Platforms

Ignium has worked hard to develop multiple platforms and bring them together to help you provide seamless services to your clients.

Our team uses the Provider Portal as a Single Sign-On (SSO) to access the following platforms:

Initial Setup

After you have applied to join our team, we will review your application and make a decision.

Once approved, you will be sent a notification with links to the following:

Information Action
Independent Contractor Agreement (ICA) Complete & sign ready to upload onto your NZTN provider portal
NZ Police Vetting Application (NZPV) Complete and return with 2 forms of ID
Training Courses (Privacy + Telehealth) Complete ready to upload onto your NZTN provider portal
Children's Worker Safety Check (CWSC)* Complete ready to upload onto your NZTN provider portal

Required Professional Documents

Quick Link

*We require all providers working with young adults aged 16 to 17 years of age to complete a Children’s Worker Safety Check. If you have a current and valid CWSC report, you do not need to go through the process with CVCheck.

We recommend starting the two training courses while we will work our admin-magic in the background.đź’«

Next Steps

You will be sent a link to create your Single Sign On account (SSO) after your ICA has been signed and your NZPV application has been submitted for processing.
